Position: Floor Manager (Full-Time Evenings)
Location: Larch and Prusik (Less than a block apart)
Compensation: DOE (Depends on Experience)
Larch and Prusik, two high-volume restaurants located within a block of each other, are seeking a Floor Manager to join our team and oversee evening operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Operations to implement strategies, improve service, and address any operational challenges.
Evening Management: Oversee and manage the evening operations at both Larch and Prusik, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
High Volume Handling: Efficiently manage high customer traffic, maintaining composure and ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Standard Upholding: Uphold the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and customer care across both restaurants.
Staff Coordination: Lead, and motivate the floor staff, ensuring everyone performs at their best.
Customer Interaction: Address and resolve any customer issues promptly and professionally.
Inter-Location Coordination: Walk between Larch and Prusik to monitor and help during dinner service.
Qualifications:
Experience in a high-volume restaurant.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strong ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding high standards.
Flexible availability with a focus on evening shifts.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Ability to work well and collaborate under the direction of the director of operations.
